Brenda Woods-Ewing is a licensed school psychologist working on the Psychological Testing Team for James Levine and Associates, PC. Brenda is retired from full time work in the public school setting as a school psychologist. Her professional background also includes working as an educator, certified to teach high school level English, and working as a public health nurse, with a particular interest in patient education. She has a BSN from the University of Michigan, an M.Ed from the University of Massachusetts, and an M.ED and CAGS from American International College. Her background as a parent, nurse and teacher has informed much of her practice as a school psychologist. Brenda has focused on working with middle school and high school aged students, performing psycho-educational assessments, functional behavioral assessments, and running groups which focus on teaching social skills and strategies to boost emotional regulation using DBT skills.
