I received my Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2015 and am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have gained unique experience in my previous role as an in-home family therapist working with children with severe mental illnesses and in working as an outpatient therapist with individuals of all ages.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques in my work. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for children, adolescents, and adults to make changes associated with depression, anxiety, social relationships, and other challenges that impact wellness. I completed my graduate internship at the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) Center of New York City and specialize in LGBTQ-related issues. I welcome individuals of all identities and cultures to work collaboratively with me to develop strengths and work toward goals and personal growth.
